We are offering the following positions:

Product & Operation Manager

Duties & responsibilities:

Design new products and propose itineraries meeting the demand of future clients
Responsible for research trip annually
Research and supervise service quality of local suppliers
Supervise service quality of all guides and travel consultants
Solve problems in difficult or emergency situations
Deal with complains from clients
Provide all guides with regular training programs
Follow up feedback and reviews of clients after the service

Requirements & qualifications:
Passion to adventure travel, particularly hiking & trekking
Excellent English skills (oral and writing)
Strong communication & coordination skills
Customer-oriented thinking and understanding
Strong team-player
Strong problem solver
Good skills of computer and MS office
Minimum three-year working experience as English-speaking tour guide; national tour leader experience is preferred
Bachelor degree is preferred

Travel Consultant

Duties & responsibilities:

Receive and confirm online booking via email
Answer questions from clients and explain the detailed itineraries of hiking on the Great Wall
Follow up and supervise the itinerary & service
Collect feedback from clients after the service

Requirements & qualifications:
Passion to travel, particularly adventure on the Great Wall
Excellent English skills (oral and writing)
Strong communication & coordination skills
Customer-oriented thinking and understanding
Strong team-player
Good skills of computer and MS office
Two years working experience in tourism, sales, customer service or related work
Tour guide experience is preferred
Experience in online inbound tourism business is preferred
Bachelor degree is preferred

English-speaking hiking tour guide (all year round)

Roles and responsibilities:

Hiking guide for English-speaking clients from all over the world
Groups will walk on the wild sections of the Great Wall, major spots include Huangyaguan, Gubeikou, Jinshanling, Simatai, Mutianyu and Jiankou
Sightseeing in major attractions in Beijing

Requirements & qualifications:
Holder of tour guide license approved by CNTA
Fluent in oral English
Profound understanding of western culture
Passionate to hiking and adventure activities
Proficient understanding of Chinese culture, history and policy
Familiar with all popular attractions among English-speaking clients in Beijing
Local guide experience in Beijing is preferred
